For charters set to cross borders, it is the clients’ responsibility to ensure all passengers have the appropriate legal documents needed to cross the border, and are able to cross the border legally. Should any of the client’s passengers be unable to cross the border, the passenger(s) unable to cross must return at their own expense or at the expense of the clients and must make their own return arrangements. If the client decides the entire bus return and forfeit the trip for any reason including but not limited to border crossing issues, there will be no full or partial refund, and the client and their passengers will be fully responsible for the entire cost of the trip.
